Educational team
This department is responsible for structuring the programs included in the syllabus and defining the contents in detail, monitoring the effectiveness of teaching tools, and the procedures used to evaluate learning (by students), and technical and professional skills (by the teachers together with the Head teacher). The team also deals with periodic innovations in the courses, and the methods and technologies applied in the school, the development of teaching tools, and ensures that both students and teachers feel at ease within the context of the educational relationship. It monitors the training teachers receive in order to ensure that they possess the necessary skills and the ability to deal with both teaching and educational issues.
Coordinators
The diversification and highly customized nature of the curricula mean that it is very important to ensure that the teaching activiations are carefully coordinated, including from an organizational point of view. The introduction of the figure of the tutor/coach means that it is necessary to establish a firm relationship between the individual courses and the development of knowledge in the specific study areas. For this reason, educational activities are carefully coordinated, and managed by the Head teacher and staff of his collaborators.
The Head teacher, together with the Scientific Committee, will also be responsible for recruiting and evaluating teachers. An innovative school must also focus on innovations in human resource management. This is best achieved by defining two annual evaluation periods, one during which individual performances are assessed, and the other dedicated to appraising organizational skills. This “two-dimensional” approach represents a fundamental tool for improving the management of the structure, in terms of both teaching and organization. In addition, it is worth noting the importance of learning organizationprinciples, which should also be applied to scholastic and educational organizations.
